2001 to present - Assistant Professor of Sociology - Department of Sociology, Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, Indianapolis, IN
Dr. Hensel has a broad background in behavioral science, adolescent development, gender and sexuality, research methodology and longitudinal and complex data analysis. Her substantive interests include empirical approaches to understanding sexual health in young men and women, particularly within the context of emerging romantic/sexual relationships.
Author on over 40 peer reviewed publications.
Author on numerous national and international presentations.
