Biographical Sketch:
Brigg Reilley has worked in HIV surveillance for the Indian Health Service for 5 years. Prior to IHS, he worked 10 years for the humanitarian aid agency Doctors without Borders in many projects, including HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment.
