Biographical Sketch:
Created all materials for SSuN data management including data-collection forms and two databases. Ensured all clinic, interview, lab, and diagnosis data elements required by CDC SSuN protocols were captured. Implemented clinic-based sentinel and enhanced case-based population-level surveillance activities. Utilized various software programs to analyze, interpret, organize, and present data. Contributed data, graphs, and written summaries as necessary for publications.
