Biographical Sketch:
Prior to joining CDC as an ORISE Fellow in the Division’s Policy Team, Ryan worked at the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts with legal issues related to the licensure of healthcare professionals. Currently, Ryan will conduct research, provide technical assistance, and work with funded partners on legal and policy issues related to expedited partner therapy, confidentiality, health reform, and third-party billing.
