Biographical Sketch:
05/03- Present	Epidemiologist, STD/HIV Prevention Program, Chicago Department of Public 	Health (CDPH), Chicago, IL
Major Activities: Synthesizes STD/HIV epidemiologic data in the city of Chicago to offer scientific guidance on surveillance issues, epidemiology and prevention strategies and services to the STD/HIV Prevention and Care Program. Responsible for conducting complex epidemiological data analyses, preparing reports and providing technical assistance to CDPH staff on syphilis surveillance activities; developed and implemented a number of recommendations to the STD/HIV prevention program to reduce syphilis morbidity rates.  Provide scientific oversight to programs related to syphilis surveillance and syphilis elimination.
03/04- Present	Program coordinator for Chicago site, Gonococcal Isolate Surveillance Project (GISP)
Major Activities: Serve as regional coordinator for the Gonococcal Isolate Surveillance Project (GISP). Oversee data collection, gonococcal isolate collection and responsible for reporting epidemiologic data to the CDC GISP Data Manager on monthly basis. Provide assistance to the state health department on issues related to GISP activities. Conducting analyses on antimicrobial susceptibility; Chicago site-specific finding are disseminated locally and  regionally. 
09/08- Present  Co-Principal Coordinator, STD Surveillance Network Grant(SSuN), Chicago site.
