Responsible for directing and implementation of STD and HIV prevention and control strategies in the jurisdiction (1998-present).
Responsible for implementing STD Control and HIV Prevention Program and Program Service Collaboration Integration (PCSI) strategies. Responsible for coordinating STD/HIV Testing, Surveillance, Partner Services, Social Marketing , Condom Distribution, Quality Improvement/Assurance, Capacity Building, HIV Community Planning Process, Laboratory and STD clinical support.
Responsible for coordinating implementation of STD Epi-anywhere and Staff Training.
Collaborate with with CDC, Secretariat of the Pacific Community and U.S. Affiliated Pacific Island Jurisdiction STD/HIV Program Managers to strengthen STD/HIV service delivery in the region.
