Biographical Sketch:
HIV clinical care, teaching and HIV program development and management since 1996. Areas of publication include HIV testing, HIV in foreign-born populations. Additional areas of specialty include HIV in Women and HIV in African Americans. Developed current robust HIV testing program in Philadelphia's city health centers. Developed community HIV testing initiative for immigrant African and Caribbean communities of Philadelphia in 2011. Developed HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis initiative for those participating in both testing programs outlined above.
