Biographical Sketch:
2003 to present: Executive Director and founders of Empowerment Resource Center. 12 years as a Health Educator, 20 years conducting public health education and community outreach activities, 10 years managing and evaluating health-related programs, 6 years providing care linkages to HIV-positive clients, and 12 years with persons living with HIV, substance abusers, commercial sex workers, incarcerated individuals, and clients struggling with mental health and learning disabilities from the target population.
