Manages MedMira expanding patent portfolio, assuring that inventions are protected  Works with MedMira patent agents to prosecute patent applications.
 
Director of Regulatory Affairs -	2004-2005
Manager of Regulatory Affairs - 2002-2003.
Researched regulatory requirements to ensure products transitioning from R&D to clinical trials met threshold technology readiness level, and that appropriate documentation illustrating this was available for inspection. Ensured that production processes and equipment were validated to standards required by global regulators. Developed regulatory strategies for new or modified products by researching regulation and negotiating with appropriate regulatory authorities. Established and managed relationships with clinical researchers. Responsible for coordinating the preparation of regulatory submissions to support approval of new or modified products.
 
Manager, Molecular Biology - 2001-2002
Established a fully equipped molecular biology laboratory at MedMira. Developed recombinant antigens suitable for use in diagnostic assays.
