Biographical Sketch:
1995 - Present -- Coordinator of Iowa Community-Based Screening Services for the Iowa STD Program.
Responsible for administering a program for screening patients for chlamydia and gonorrhea at 65 service sites across Iowa.
Responsible for implementing Quality Assurance for the state project, coordinating data management activities, preparing a yearly grant application, and maintaining partnerships with the state laboratory, the Iowa Department of Public Health and the Title X grantees.
Plan yearly training event for state CBSS provider network.
Member of national, state, and local boards and coalitions related to sexuality and public health.
Have presented on issues related to STDs and HIV at numerous conferences and meetings.
