Biographical Sketch:
Prior to join CDC as an ORISE fellow, Oscar worked as a CDC Foundation fellow in the Division of Adolescent and School Health. Oscar completed a pre-doctoral fellowship at the Fenway Institute focused on LGBT research, and was a research associate at the University of Texas at El Paso's College of Health Sciences/School of nursing.
