Biographical Sketch:
Twenty-three years of experience in the field of public health at the Rhode Island Department of Health, Massachusetts Department of Health, and AIDS Project Rhode Island. At both state health departments I performed as the STD Director. I also was a member and Board Chair for the National Coalition of STD Directors.
