Biographical Sketch:
Dr McLaughlin is the Director of Surveillance and Special Projects for the Bureau of STD Prevention and Epidemiology at the New York State Department of Health. Prior to this, she worked in other surveillance programs in the health department, including healthcare quality and safety and cancer. Her PhD topic was on Perinatal Risk Factors for Childhood Cancer. She is author or co-author of over 30 peer reviewed papers or book chapters.
