Biographical Sketch:
Christopher R. Harper, PhD is a Behavioral Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH). Chris completed a two year ORISE fellowship through the Program Performance and Evaluation Office at the CDC prior to becoming a Behavioral Scientist. Chris works on the evaluation of DASH's PS-1308 program for promoting adolescent HIV and STD Prevention. His expertise lies at the intersection of measurement, analytics, and quasi-experimental design.
