2015 - present - CDC Public Health Associate (PHAP), Philadelphia Department of Public Health STD Control Program, Philadelphia, PA 2014 - Intern, Family Health International 360 India Country Office, New Delhi, India 2013-2015 - Graduate Research Assistant, University of Pittsburgh Asthma Institute, Pittsburgh, PA 2012-2013 - Undergraduate Research Assistant, Virginia Commonwealth University Department of Social and Behavioral Health, Richmond, VA Work as an adolescent educator and screener in the high school gonorrhea and chlamydia screening program to increase rates of appropriate adolescent STD screening. Conducting field investigations to find persons infected with or exposed to STDs and ensuring proper examination and treatment. (2015 - present) Provided technical support to regional STI centers and achieved the target objective of implementing independent operational research studies in six different Indian states. Worked with STI centers to educate team members on how to maintain adherence to research protocol and research scope. (2014)
