2010- Present -- Medical Director, San Francisco City Clinic, Disease Prevention and Control Branch, SF Department of Public Health
Oversee clinical operations of only municipal STD clinic in San Francisco; provide supervision and oversight for SFDPH's LINCS Program which works to link new HIV+ clients and those who have fallen out of care into HIV care; direct biomedical HIV prevention programs (PEP and PrEP) at the STD clinic and serve as co-chair of SF's Getting to Zero PrEP provider sub-committee
Site PI of CDC funded STOP study which compared 4th generation HIV Ab/Ag to HIV RNA pooling for detection of acute HIV
Site PI and protocol co-chair of US PrEP demonstration project
