CMA’s work catalyzes policy and practice changes in health and human services in Southern California and nationally. The firm provides leadership development, technical assistance and hands on management services to clients in an variety of areas including coaching, facilitation, community and leadership development, team building; capacity strengthening methods, strategic and program planning; community engagement, Youth Master Planning, organizational culture; community assessment; and fund and resource development. Clients are primarily municipal governments and institutions (local, county, or state), foundations, nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, schools, and intermediaries such as associations and quasi-governmental organizations.
