December 2008 – Present -- Program Manager, Infectious Disease Practice and Prevention Programs,
Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School, Newark, New Jersey
Oversees the practice of nursing as well as non-clinical practice across all clinical settings and the alignment of nursing/clinical care across the system through appropriate standardization, use of evidence based practice, and reduction of variation in practice.
Prepares grant applications for Ryan White, HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN), National Institutes of Health, and New Jersey Department of Health

2008 – Present – Site Coordinator, HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN) Clinical Studies
Responsible for the oversight of all aspects of HIV service programs supported by extramural funds and the HPTN. Responsible for implementation and compliance of HPTN prevention studies. Responsible for community engagement and fostering collaborative partnerships with community based organizations and stakeholders.
