Biographical Sketch:
2015 to current: Executive Director, Rad Care (Seattle, WA) Primary responsibilities: reports to Board of Directors, general management, grant writing, fundraising, program development, research development, outreach worker training curriculum development, recruitment, and program evaluation. 2015 to current: Recruitment Specialist, Fred Hutch (Seattle, WA) Primary responsibilities: recruit participants for groundbreaking HIV vaccine studies. Recruitment occurs in local venues that may include street locations, community events, community based organizations, public clinics as well as bars, dance clubs, and sex clubs. Recruitment efforts target diverse populations according to the demands of the current studies. Work includes some administrative. 2015 to current: HIV & STI Tester/Phlebotomist, Gay City Health Project (Seattle, WA) average seven clients a day for blood draw, collect of other fluids and counseling individuals on safer sex practices.
