Biographical Sketch:
Three first-author publications, one of which describes a novel mouse model for studying Candida glabrata vaginitis January 2016- Present: Began postdoctoral training in the Division of STD Prevention at the CDC Trained and certified to use nucleic acid amplification testing platforms to detect chlamydia-, gonorrhea-, and trichomoniasis-positive patient samples Currently collaborating with public health laboratories to evaluate genomic mutations in several N. gonorrhoeae control isolates used in antibiotic susceptibility testing Numerous presentations at scientific conferences
