C1: Immunization Registries: Evaluation of Cost Effective Strategies

This session will describe cost effective strategies that rely on Immunization Registries. One strategy describes determining the cost per dose in Colorado. Another strategy from Arizona focuses on documenting the cost-effectiveness of the state’s Registry when its funding was in jeopardy. The session also includes an example from Michigan.
Learning Objectives: Describe methods to analyze various registry costs also aimed at increasing the efficiency and accuracy of using the immunization regsitry.
