A14: Reaching Out to Spanish-Speaking Consumers

A bilingual community outreach training program in NYC, its results and potential are presented as well as the service impact of the National Immunization Hotline’s Hispanic training program. Finally, the CDC Hispanic focus group findings related to immunization promotional materials will be presented.
Learning Objectives: Discuss effective methods of reaching and communicating with the growing Spanish-speaking population about infant immunizations.
