B5: Effective Community-Based Partnerships and Public-Private Collaboration Strategies to Increase Immunization Coverage

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and state AAP chapters will provide workshop participants with models of community-based and public-private partnership collaborations that have successfully increased immunization coverage among diverse populations in varied geographic settings.
Learning Objectives: Participants in this workshop will be able to: Identify opportunities to develop community-based partnerships to improve immunization coverage in their states; Improve education focused quality improvement measures through public-private partnerships; Anticipate barriers to engaging providers in community-based partnerships among racial and ethnic minority populations in both rural and urban settings.
