F4: Effective Strategies for Office Staff to Use to Promote Immunizations

Office staff are critical players in each of the strategies used to promote immunizations. This session describes strategies from implementing documentation, record keeping, and accountability to marketing the use of registries, and implementing NPI’s promotional kits in media training.
Learning Objectives: Participants in this session will be able to describe the strategies used by office staff to market immunizations, improve practice techniques, and respond to media to promote immunizations.
