| This workshop will focus on strategies for enhancing and leveraging AFIX efforts in the private sector. Cases studies of collaborative efforts with health plans and private providers will be presented. A health promotion model that can help you systematically plan AFIX activities in collaboration with private sector partners will be discussed. | |||
| Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to use ideas and examples presented in the workshop to systematically plan AFIX collaborative efforts with private sector partners, leverage AFIX efforts through collaboration with Health Plans, and develop enhanced AFIX protocols.
