Learning Objectives for this Presentation:
By the end of the presentation participants will be able to identify the relative costs and effectiveness of reminder-recall, audit and feedback, and WIC-linked immunization strategies able to

Background:
audit and feedback, reminder-recall and WIC-linked immunization services are known to be efficacious. What is not well understood are teh underlying cost structures nor the individual and combined effectiveness of the three strategies

Objectives:
To perfome a parametric cost analysis of these three strategies

Methods:
detailed workflow analysis

Results:
All three strategies appear to have a postive cost-effectiness with WIC-linked services the msot effective. However, organizational competency strongly affects the effectiveness of all three stratgies. Combined strategies dmonstrate a synergistic effect.

Conclusions:
These strategies are effective means for imrpving community rates. There are some organizational barriers which need to be addressed to maximize the benefits
