Grand C/D
In an effort to create a integrated strategic plan for the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline (OTH), all health communication media teams – including social, digital and traditional - work together to create objectives, strategies and tactics to encourage and promote registrations for free OTH services. This session will detail our digital and social approaches to media, how they interact with each other, with the traditional media campaign and how they are evaluated and reported on. The session will detail our funnel strategy which essentially shows how a consumer starts at the top of a funnel by becoming aware of our message, and how we move them down through to an ultimate conversion (behavior change).
