The presentation will demonstrate sources of data to develop the problem and need statement for HIV prevention in a community. Evaluation of prevention programs must go beyond process measurement to impact an outcome. This panel will describe the design, implementation, evaluation, and restructuring of strategies to reach intended impact and outcome measures. Participants will learn to use social marketing strategies for measuring baseline and progress of a project.
