Five states, five different approaches to offering preconception health care. This session highlights experiences from Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, and North Carolina. Speakers will discuss: the development of a statewide preconception health plan; the integration of these services into a public delivery systems and private practices; incorporation into statewide MCH planning; enhancing education for at-risk pregnant women; and emphasizing women’s health within state public health services. | |||
