Working with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to develop a STD training instrument for college-age students High rates of reported STDs in African American youth (between the ages of 15 to 25 years) underscore the need to targeted interventions for this population at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). SisterLove worked with faculty and student representatives at eight HBCUs to develop a STD curriculum tailored to the needs of the student body and faculty at HBCUs. This presentation will describe the curriculum and its implementation.
