Family Planning Providers and FQHCs

The National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association (NFPRHA) has developed a document detailing key factors for family planning providers to consider when formulating an agreement with an FQHC, titled “Essential Elements of an Agreement with a Federally Qualified Health Center.” The “essential elements” include confidentiality concerns, use of grant funds, and provision of supplies and equipment. This section of the presentation will discuss these elements, as well as other elements that are of particular relevance to family planning providers creating an agreement with an FQHC.
