Applying Strategies From the National Action Plan to Improve Health Literacy

The theme of this panel is health literacy improvement. The purpose is to explain the National Action Plan to Improve Health Literacy and demonstrate the goals and strategies in action with illustrative projects. The projects will link to strategies in the plan and demonstrate how participants can use the plan to prioritize effective actions in their communities to address limited health literacy in different populations.
