In this presentation we will enter the somewhat murky and mysterious world of the HL7 Standards Development Organization. We will shed some light on the HL7 organization, revealing how it is structured as well as how it operates. As an organization HL7 has been evolving rapidly over the past few years, changing into an organization better able to quickly respond to the needs of the consumers of standards.
